DMCA Takedown Policy

1. Overview

MilfStash.online respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects our users to do the same. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA), 17 U.S.C. § 512, we have implemented procedures for receiving written notification of claimed copyright infringement and for processing such claims.

2. Our Role as an Aggregator

It is crucial to understand that:

• We do not host any video content - All videos are hosted on third-party platforms such as Pornhub, XVideos, and other adult content sites
• We are not the content provider - We merely aggregate and link to content available elsewhere on the internet
• We do not control the content - The third-party platforms have full control over the content they host
• Removal from our site does not remove the source - Even if we remove a link, the content remains on the original hosting platform

3. DMCA Takedown Procedure

If you believe that content linked on MilfStash.online infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice. However, please note the following two-step process:

Step 1: Contact the Hosting Platform (REQUIRED)

You must first submit a DMCA takedown notice to the platform hosting the content. Common platforms include:

• Pornhub: pornhub.com/content-removal
• XVideos: Contact through their abuse/DMCA reporting system
• Other platforms: Check the hosting site's DMCA or content removal page

Step 2: Submit Notice to MilfStash (OPTIONAL)

After filing with the hosting platform, you may also submit a notice to us to remove the link from our aggregator. We will process your request within 3-5 business days.

4. Required Information for DMCA Notice

To file a valid DMCA takedown notice with us, your written communication must include ALL of the following:

1. Identification of the copyrighted work: A description of the copyrighted work that you claim has been infringed, or if multiple works are covered, a representative list of such works.
2. Identification of the infringing material: The specific URL(s) on MilfStash.online that link to the allegedly infringing content. Please be as specific as possible.
3. Your contact information:
   • Full legal name
   • Mailing address
   • Telephone number
   • Email address
4. Good faith statement: A statement that you have a good faith belief that use of the material in the manner complained of is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
5. Accuracy statement: A statement that the information in the notification is accurate, and under penalty of perjury, that you are authorized to act on behalf of the owner of the copyright that is allegedly infringed.
6. Physical or electronic signature: A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
7. Proof of hosting platform notification: Evidence that you have submitted a DMCA notice to the platform hosting the content (email confirmation, case number, etc.).

5. What We Will Do

Upon receipt of a valid DMCA notice that meets all the requirements above, we will:

• Review your submission to ensure it meets DMCA requirements
• Verify that you have contacted the hosting platform
• Remove or disable access to the link(s) on our website
• Make a good faith attempt to notify the user who posted the link (if applicable)
• Document the takedown request for our records

6. Counter-Notification

If you believe that content you posted (or linked to) was removed in error or due to misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notification must include:

1. Your physical or electronic signature
2. Identification of the material that was removed and its location before removal
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed due to mistake or misidentification
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and email address
5. A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the Federal District Court for the judicial district in which your address is located
6. A statement that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification

7. Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, we have adopted a policy of terminating users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to our website and/or terminate accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others.

8. False Claims

Please be aware that under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), you may be liable for damages (including costs and attorneys' fees) if you materially misrepresent that content is infringing your copyright. Filing a false DMCA notice is perjury and may result in legal consequences.

9. Limitations and Disclaimers

Please understand the following limitations:

• Removing a link from our site does NOT remove the content from the internet
• The content will remain on the hosting platform until they remove it
• The same content may be available through other aggregators
• We have no control over third-party platforms or their content removal processes
• We are not liable for content hosted on third-party platforms
• Processing times may vary based on the volume of requests

10. Alternative Dispute Resolution

Before filing a DMCA notice, consider reaching out to us informally at contact@milfstash.online. Many disputes can be resolved quickly through direct communication.

11. International Copyright Issues

While the DMCA is a U.S. law, we respect international copyright laws and will process takedown requests from copyright holders worldwide. Please indicate your jurisdiction in your notice.

12. Transparency Report

We maintain records of all DMCA takedown requests and counter-notifications. Statistics may be published periodically in accordance with transparency best practices.
